By downloading, installing, or using Valorant Optimizer ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
⚠️ Valorant Optimizer is an independent third-party tool. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Riot Games, Inc. or VALORANT® in any way. All trademarks (VALORANT®, Riot Games®, Vanguard™) belong to their respective owners.
The App uses only native Windows Win32 APIs and does not read, write, or modify Valorant game memory, game files, or game executables. It is designed to be fully compliant with Riot Vanguard anti-cheat. However, game rules and anti-cheat policies may change without notice, and the developer cannot guarantee permanent compliance with all future Vanguard versions.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer makes no guarantees about FPS improvement, latency reduction, or any specific performance outcome. Results vary significantly by hardware configuration, PC condition, and network environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
The developer reserves the right to disable app functionality or revoke licenses for users found abusing the service, redistributing the App, or using it for unauthorized purposes.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced via the in-app update notification banner.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
