1. What We Collect
- Hardware fingerprint (HWID hash): A one-way SHA-256 hash of your motherboard serial, CPU ID, and disk serial. Cannot be reversed. Used for activation and abuse prevention only.
- Hardware specifications: CPU core count, GPU vendor name (NVIDIA / AMD / Intel), total RAM. Used to calibrate optimization parameters for your specific hardware spec.
- Email address: Only if you log in via the app dashboard. Used for account identification only. Never sold or shared.
- Performance telemetry: CPU%, RAM%, GPU%, frame jitter measurements during optimization sessions. Used to improve AI learning recommendations. No gameplay footage, inputs, or keystrokes are ever captured.
- Website analytics: Standard Google Analytics page view data (pages visited, browser type, country). No personal identification involved.
2. What We Never Collect
- Gameplay footage, screenshots, or recordings
- Mouse movements, keyboard inputs, or click sequences
- Game files, settings, or Valorant account information
- Riot Games credentials or in-game data
- Browser history, saved passwords, or financial information
- Your real name, home address, or government-issued ID
3. How We Use Your Data
- To generate personalized hardware-specific optimization recommendations.
- To aggregate anonymous performance data and improve AI fix rules across the user base.
- To verify app license activation via HWID hash.
- To send update notifications about new app versions (email only, if logged in).
4. Data Storage & Third Parties
- Google Firebase Realtime Database — Stores performance telemetry and AI optimization rules. Servers located in the United States. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Groq AI — Nightly analysis of fully anonymized session data for AI rule improvement. No personally identifiable data is sent to Groq.
- Vercel — Hosts this website. Only standard server logs are retained. No personal data stored by Vercel.
- Google Analytics — Anonymous page view tracking. You may opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & Regional)
- Access: Request a copy of all data associated with your HWID hash or email address.
- Deletion: Request permanent deletion of all data linked to your account.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Portability: Receive your data in JSON format.

6. Data Retention
Performance telemetry is retained for 90 days and then automatically purged. Email addresses and HWID hashes are retained until you request deletion.
7. Children's Privacy
Valorant Optimizer is intended for users aged 16 and above, consistent with Valorant's own age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 16.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
